Swiss Fondue Wisconsin Recipe

Fixings:

2 cups dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pound Wisconsin Gruyere cheddar, destroyed
1 pound Wisconsin Fontina cheddar, destroyed
1 tablespoon arrowroot
2 ounces kirsch
1 squeeze ground nutmeg
French bread solid shapes
Pears, cut in wedges
Apples, cut in wedges

Headings:

Heat wine and lemon juice to the point of boiling in fondue pot, Reduce hotness to low. Throw cheeses with arrowroot. Step by step add to continually wine combination, blending.

Whenever cheddar is totally liquefied, mix in kirsch. Sprinkle with nutmeg and present with French bread blocks, pears and apples.
